Great location, free WiFi, shared kitchen and a gift shop on site. Also, a sun terrace with lovely views of the city. A flat-screen TV in the room too.
Oh, just love having to share a bathroom with strangers in the corridor. It's such a delightful experience.

During my recent stay at Residence Art Guest House, I had the pleasure of experiencing the perfect location and the friendliness of the owner, Ivan. He welcomed me with open arms, providing a warm and informative introduction to the city, complete with a free city map. Ivan's sense of humor added an extra touch to the already warm atmosphere of the guest house. He even invited me to his private rooftop party, making me feel like a valued guest. The location of the guest house was ideal, allowing me to explore Plovdiv's vibrant artsy area with its graffiti, art shops, and cozy cafes and bars. It was also just a short walk away from the charming old town. The well-organized kitchen and overall cleanliness of the house made me feel right at home. Despite a small downside of the bathroom being a bit cold due to limited heating, the other positives far outweighed this issue. I highly recommend Residence Art Guest House for its excellent location, friendly owner, and cozy accommodations.

I recently stayed at Residence Art Guest House for a short trip. The location was perfect, with vibrant graffiti, art shops, and cozy cafes just steps away. Plus, there were plenty of options for warm food and a mini mart nearby. The kitchen was well-organized and spotlessly clean. The house itself was also impeccably clean. The owner was amazing, always smiling and offering helpful advice about the city. If I return to Plovdiv, I won't hesitate to stay here again.
I do recommend this hotel.
